Submission by email

The registry’s email address: e-podatelna@pribram.eu

The size of the email message, including attachments, must not exceed 10 MB.

Accepted formats for email attachments

*.pdf, *.doc, *.docx, *.rtf, *.xls, *.xlsx, *.jpg, *.jpeg, *.txt, *.xml, *.png, *.tif, *.tiff, *.jfif, *.gif, *.mpeg, *.mpg, *.mp4, *.wav, *.pcm, *.mp3, *.mp2, *.isdoc, *.isdocx.

The attachment filename must contain the specified extension.

Security restrictions

Neither the email nor its attachments must contain links to external sources (e.g. links to download files from the internet). If an email contains such links, they will be disregarded and the message may be rejected.

Email submissions must not contain executable files (e.g. *.exe, *.bat, *.vbs, *.dll, *.com). Messages with such attachments are automatically rejected and deleted for security reasons.

Confirmation of delivery

Delivery of an email to the e-registry is confirmed to the sender by an automatically generated message. If the sender does not receive a confirmation, the email has not been delivered.

Electronic signature

If an email contains an electronically signed document and the signature is invalid, the document is treated as if it were unsigned.

Possible reasons for an invalid signature:

  • the signature was not issued by a qualified trust service provider,
  • the content of the document was altered after signing,
  • the signature certificate has expired.

Faulty or illegible documents

If a document sent by email:

  • cannot be displayed,
  • contains malicious code,
  • is not in a supported format,
  • is incomplete,

and the sender can be identified, they will be notified of the detected issue.

If the sender cannot be identified, the document will not be processed further.
