Operating Regulations for the Waterworks

Basic information:

The Water Authority may require the owner of a water structure to draw up and submit to it for approval the operating regulations for the water structure; it may also set out the conditions under which it will issue a decision on approval, and the deadline for submission, or require that additions or other amendments be made to the submitted operating regulations. Furthermore, it may require that changes be made to the approved operating regulations for the waterworks and that these be submitted for approval. The operating regulations are approved by the water authority for a limited period.

Time limit for processing:

Within 60 days, or within 90 days in particularly complex cases, from the commencement of the proceedings.

A hard copy of the application form can be obtained from the Environment Department and on the town’s website.
