Waste records and reporting

Summary reports must be submitted by legal entities and natural persons authorised to carry out business activities who generate more than 600 kg of hazardous waste or more than 100 tonnes of other waste.

Facility operators, including waste dealers, are obliged to submit a report even if no waste was handled at the facility, provided that operations have not been suspended.

Notes:

A fine of up to 10,000,000 CZK may be imposed for failing to keep up-to-date records, failing to comply with reporting obligations, or failing to submit data within the prescribed time limit or to the prescribed extent.
