This is a procedure in which the state forestry authority may, in justified cases and at the request of the landowner, grant an exemption from the statutory time limits for afforestation and the maintenance of forest stands in accordance with Section 31(6) of the Forestry Act

The general regulations on administrative proceedings do not apply to the granting of this extended deadline

Proceedings are initiated on the basis of a written application from the owner of the forest land
