Basic information
If an applicant submits an application for a combined planning permission and building permit and attaches the relevant documentation, a combined planning and building permit procedure is initiated. The joint documentation must meet the requirements for documentation for the issue of a planning decision and the requirements for project documentation for the issue of a building permit.
