Basic information:

To construct waterworks intended for the treatment of waste water with a capacity of up to 50 population equivalents, a significant part of which consists of products bearing the CE marking in accordance with the Act on Technical Requirements for Products, it is sufficient to submit a notification to the water authority.

Procedure:

The water authority may, by decision, prohibit the construction of the notified structure. The time limit for prohibiting the construction of the notified structure is 30 days.

Who is authorised to submit an application, notification, etc.:

The developer or their representative (on the basis of a power of attorney).

A hard copy of the application form can be obtained from the Department of the Environment and on the town’s website.
