Issuance of a decision on a change of land use

Basic information:
A decision on a change of land use specifies a new method of land use and the conditions for its use.
Decisions on changes to land use require
: a) land improvements in accordance with Section 3(1);
b) the designation of a mining area;
c) parking, handling, sales, storage or exhibition areas;
d) cemeteries;
e) changes to the type of land, in particular the establishment, closure and modification of vineyards, hop fields, forests, parks, gardens and orchards, unless the conditions are specified by approved land consolidation schemes or another planning decision,
f) modifications to land that affect water infiltration capacity.
