Land-use planning information pursuant to Section 21(1)(a) to (c) of the Building Act

Basic information:
The Regional Authority, the Spatial Planning Office, the municipal authority authorised to act as the planning authority and the building authority provide, within the scope of their remit, preliminary information on spatial planning concerning
a) the conditions for the use of land and changes to its use, in particular on the basis of spatial planning background materials and spatial planning documentation,
b) the conditions for the issue of a regulatory plan or a planning decision, including a list of the authorities concerned,
c) the conditions for the issue of planning consent in cases where this may replace a planning decision, including a list of the authorities concerned.
