Granting of an exemption from the general building regulations

Basic information:
An exemption from the general building requirements may, in individual justified cases, be granted only in respect of those provisions of the implementing legislation which expressly permit such exemptions, and only if this does not jeopardise the safety, health and lives of persons or neighbouring plots of land or buildings. The solution provided under the authorised exemption must achieve the objective pursued by the general building requirements.
