Basic information:
The register is a public list, with the exception of details of fines imposed (excluding on-the-spot fines) and personal identification numbers, which the Trade Licensing Office discloses only to the business owner and in cases specified by specific legal regulations. It is possible to obtain a full or partial extract from it, or simply a confirmation of a specific entry, or a confirmation that a specific entry does not exist in the register.

Who is authorised to submit an application, notification, etc.:
A natural person with legal capacity.
A legal person acting through its statutory body.
An authorised representative acting under a power of attorney.
