Basic information:
Agricultural business is defined as a systematic, independent activity carried out in one’s own name, under one’s own responsibility, for the purpose of making a profit and under the conditions laid down by Act No. 252/1997 Coll. on Agriculture, as amended

Processing time:
Provided the application is in order and the administrative fee has been paid, the certificate is issued within 30 days of the date of notification

Who is entitled to submit an application, notification, etc.:
1. Natural persons
2. Legal entities (a member of a statutory body, a proxy, a liquidator)
3. An authorised representative acting under a power of attorney
