Suggestions and complaints regarding trading activities

Basic information:
Suggestions or complaints relating to trade licensing can be submitted at the reception desk of the main building of the Příbram Municipal Authority, Tyršova 108, Příbram I, or directly to the Inspection Department of the Trade Licensing Office at the Příbram Municipal Authority

This procedure does not apply to:
A) persons carrying on business on the basis of a licence other than a trade licence, in accordance with specific regulations
; B) the handling of claims under Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code

Time limit for processing:
No later than 30 days from the date on which the complaint was received; this time limit may be extended with the consent of the head of the organisation

Who is entitled to submit an application, notification, etc.:
A person residing in the Czech Republic
