Notice of intention (granting of planning permission)

Building Control and Town Planning Department, Příbram Municipal Authority,

1st floor (on the right and left at the front of the building)

Basic information:
Instead of a planning permission decision, the building authority will issue planning consent if the project is located within a built-up area or a developable area, the conditions in the area do not change significantly, and the project does not place new demands on public transport or technical infrastructure. Planning consent cannot be issued in cases where the project is subject to a preliminary assessment procedure, or where an opinion has been issued on the environmental impact assessment of the project in accordance with the Environmental Impact Assessment Act.
