Notification of the use of a building

Where to deal with this matter:
Building Control and Town Planning Department, Příbram Municipal Authority,
at the following address: Na Příkopech 105, Příbram I,
1st floor (on the right and left at the front of the building)

Basic information:
The developer is obliged to notify the building authority of their intention to commence use of the building at least 30 days in advance, unless the building is one of those specified in Section 122 (buildings requiring a final occupancy permit).

A completed notification form + other documents listed in Part B of the form
