Basic information:

Confirmation (information) regarding permanent residence, marital status, nationality, personal identification number and other personal details is provided solely to the applicant themselves.

Procedure

Confirmation or information is provided on the basis of a written application sent by post, bearing an officially certified signature, or in person upon submission of a completed form signed in the presence of a municipal authority employee.

Processing time

• Immediately upon payment of the administrative fee.

Who is entitled to submit a request, notification, etc.

•  a citizen aged 15 or over who has legal capacity;
•  for citizens under 15 years of age, the application must be made by a legal representative; for citizens whose legal capacity has been restricted to the extent that they are incapable of acting, the change must be reported by a guardian or a member of the household whose authority to act on their behalf has been approved by the court.
