Scope of the Commission’s activities (powers)

1. It provides input on the strategic medium- and long-term spatial development plan for Příbram

2. It assesses the coordination of projects being implemented

3. It initiates amendments to spatial planning documentation

4. Proposes regulatory measures to the Municipal Council in the form of by-laws and regulations

5. It assesses citizens’ proposals concerning the town’s spatial development

6. Assesses investment projects commissioned under Act No. 137/2006 Coll., on Public Procurement
