What we offer: A site on the south-eastern outskirts of the town, where the local authority would welcome an investor to develop the area. The site is situated near the Nový rybník leisure complex, which offers a wide range of playgrounds and leisure facilities.
What we expect: Finalisation of the entire site, provision of parking within individual properties, and finalisation of the ground-level landscaping in the forecourts of the buildings. The town requires the project to be consulted with the town architect or the planning committee from the outset.

Opinion of the town architect and the relevant departments:
The vision is to create a gateway to the town – that is, a cohesive terraced development combined with semi-detached houses or detached houses.
A valid regulatory plan is in place; the local plan designates the development area as SO – MIXED-USE RESIDENTIAL AREAS – URBAN HOUSING. The city will support the development of high-quality urban housing appropriate to the location, taking into account that this is the entrance to the city, situated near the forest and the Nový rybník recreational area.
The local plan permits development, provided that no specific spatial regulations are stipulated. Depending on the nature of the development, it is possible to create either compact or low-density development, typically terraced houses combined with semi-detached houses, or detached houses with one storey plus a ground floor, or two storeys plus a ground floor. The site is suitable for residential use.
From Modřínová Street, a safe access route to the Padák forest park could be created.

Příbram
Thanks to its high standard of education and cultural life, Příbram was known as the ‘Athens of the Podbrdy’ at the end of the 19th century. Over time, however, the town not only lost residents but also saw its overall prosperity decline significantly. Following the end of mining operations, the town’s population growth began to stagnate. Příbram has decided to reverse this negative trend and attract new residents to the town. The town has now identified 10 locations for priority support for new development. The Modřínová Street area is one of them.
