Unified Environmental Opinion (JES)

From 1 July 2024, the Environment Department of the Příbram Municipal Authority will issue UEOs for all projects subject to authorisation under Act No. 283/2021 Coll., the Building Act, as amended.
Before submitting an application for a UEO, it is possible to request a preliminary consultation in accordance with Section 9 of Act No. 148/2023 Coll., on the Unified Environmental Opinion (hereinafter referred to as the ‘UEO Act’), and to attach any previously issued environmental statements, opinions or decisions.
Please note that, in order for the UES to be issued, it is necessary to submit the list of requirements set out in Annex 3 to the Methodological Guideline of the Ministry of the Environment – Requirements for an Application for a UES in accordance with individual legal regulations, as well as the construction documentation for the project authorisation. The time limit for issuing the JES begins to run from the date of receipt of an application that meets all the requirements and is in order. The JES remains valid for 5 years from the date of issue.
