Procedure for processing applications
A prerequisite for the vast majority of property transactions involving municipal assets is the publication of a so-called ‘notice of intention’, i.e. a public announcement of the municipality’s intention to dispose of, exchange, donate, let, lease or lend municipal property. The said notice of intention will be published on the official notice board for a period of at least 15 days, or up to 30 days.
Subsequently, the Property Management Department will submit the application for consideration to:
- THE COMMITTEE FOR THE REALISATION OF MUNICIPAL ASSETS,
- THE PŘÍBRAM TOWN COUNCIL,
- or the PRIBRAM TOWN COUNCIL.
The applicant is invited to attend the meeting of the Příbram Town Council.
Procedure for processing applications – easements
The Property Management Department will submit this application for consideration to: THE PŘÍBRAM TOWN
COUNCIL.
A condition for the conclusion of a contract establishing an easement, or a preliminary contract, which is required for the planning permission process, is the approval of the establishment of the easement by the Příbram Town Council.
In the event of a preliminary agreement being concluded, following the final building approval and the survey of the extent of the easement, upon the request of the entitled party, an agreement establishing the easement will be concluded and an application for entry in the Land Register will be submitted to acquire the right corresponding to the easement.
