Requests for information

An applicant for information is any natural or legal person who requests information.

Requests for information may be made orally or in writing, including via remote access. For the purposes of this Act, remote access means access to information by an unlimited number of applicants via an electronic communications network or service.

In the case of a request made in person or a written request in paper form, it must be delivered or sent to the following address:

An application submitted electronically must be sent via the registry’s email address e-podatelna@pribram.eu or via the data box 2ebbrqu.

‘Information’ within the meaning of Act No. 106/1999 Coll., on Free Access to Information, as amended, means any content or part thereof in any form, recorded on any medium, in particular the content of a written record on a document, a record stored in electronic form, or an audio, visual or audiovisual recording. A computer programme does not constitute ‘information’ under this Act.
