| Brief description of the project | The project involved the construction of a recycling centre near the Příbram Wastewater Treatment Plant. The recycling centre is intended for residents of the town of Příbram for the temporary storage of Category O (other) and N (hazardous) waste. The project involved the construction of storage facilities, the creation of paved areas, the installation of security measures to protect the recycling centre against unauthorised entry, and the purchase of large-capacity containers for the collection of bio-waste, bulky waste, scrap metal, plastics, tyres and polystyrene. Bottom-discharge containers were procured for the collection of textiles, clear and coloured glass, beverage cartons, PET bottles and paper. The project also included the internal equipment for the recycling centre, specifically the purchase of a tractor, containers, a paper baler and small machinery (scales, pallet truck). The recycling centre is used solely for the processing (sorting, baling, shredding) of waste. The aim of the project was to build a recycling centre to collect waste from the residents of Příbram and to create the conditions for the collection of high-quality (clean) sorted waste, which can be handed over to authorised parties for further use. |
