Notice of an amendment to the Guide for Applicants and Beneficiaries in Call No. 7

Please note that, with effect from 1 February 2013, an amendment has been made to Annex 5 ‘Guidelines for completing the Benefit7 electronic project application’ of the Guide for Applicants and Beneficiaries, relating to the sections on ‘Needs’ and ‘Resources’.

The updated Guide for Applicants and Beneficiaries can be found in the files at the bottom of this page.

 

 

Notice for applicants for grants in the area of residential block regeneration

 

Decisions on the award of grants for Area 5.2 b) – regeneration of blocks of flats – may only be issued until 31 December 2013. After this date, projects under Activity 5.2(b) may only be implemented, and this must be done by 30 June 2015.

This guidance has been issued because, due to the validity of the ‘Regional Map of State Aid Intensity for 2007 to 2013’, the existing approved notification on the provision of state aid for the regeneration of apartment blocks may only be used until the end of 2013.
