Brief description of the project	The project focuses on implementing measures to increase the efficiency of the council through training in human resources management, project management, public communication and improving professional expertise in the field of legislation. At the same time, training in cyber security will be provided to bring staff up to current standards. The main objective of the project is to introduce modern human resources management methods, modern project management methods, training in public communication, training in cyber security, and training on legislation (the Labour Code, the Freedom of Information Act, and the Personal Data Protection Act).
