Architect Provides advisory services to residents, developers and designers of major construction projects within the city limits (cadastral areas of Brod, Bytíz, Březové Hory, Kozičín, Lazec, Orlov, Příbram, Zavržice, Zdaboř, Žežice and the city districts of Jerusalem, Jesenice) as part of project preparation and the architectural design of new buildings and facilities, as well as structural alterations to existing buildings (additions, extensions), with regard to the architectural quality of the proposed solution and urban planning considerations in relation to the building’s location.

The architect can be contacted by telephone or email prior to submitting an application to the planning authority (during the feasibility study or project design phase). It is advisable to arrange a face-to-face consultation in advance.
