Specific objectives of the project:

Ø To improve transport infrastructure by reconstructing a local road serving as the main access route to a major tourist attraction (the Drkolnov Mine water wheel), which also connects the residential areas of Drkolnov and Zdaboř (the main Rožmitálská–Zdabořská transport axis)

Ø Implementing measures to improve mobility, enhance road safety (for motor vehicles and pedestrians) and improve the environment

Ø Strengthening tourism as a key economic driver for the town and the region

Ø Gaining further knowledge and experience in the field of project administration and management, and utilising opportunities for combined project funding
