Medium-term plan for the development of social services

The aim of the project is to draw up a Medium-Term Plan for the Development of Social Services in the catchment area of the Příbram ORP for the period 2022–2024 (SPRSS). The completed SPRSS will provide a conceptual and systematic framework for social development in the area in question, thereby introducing entirely new elements to the region (needs assessment, preventive measures, coordination of information provision within the area, aligning service provision with demand, proposals to ensure sufficient capacity), which will enable the effective management of social service provision in line with the identified needs of the area. The SPRSS will be structured as follows: (I) general section (significance, purpose, prerequisites for the successful planning of social services, legislative, methodological and theoretical foundations for the preparation of the SPRSS for the Příbram ORP area); (II) territorial scope of the SPRSS, basic characteristics of the area, relevant territorial links, regional context; (III) analysis of the social sector in the area under consideration; (IV) specification of the starting points for the proposal section of the SPRSS; (V) drafting of the proposal section of the SPRSS; (VI) proposal for the implementation of the SPRSS. The SPRSS will contain the elements specified in Section 3(h) of Act No. 108/2006 Coll. and, in terms of quality, will meet the criteria of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs.
