Brief description of the project

Due to the unsatisfactory current condition of the public lighting system, a complete refurbishment involving the replacement of the lighting is being considered. The
existing luminaires will be replaced with new LED luminaires, based on photometric calculations. The luminaires will be fitted with communication modules (smart lighting) for control
and monitoring at luminaire level. Within the scope of the refurbishment, 6 luminaires will be fitted with communication modules.

The plan now envisages the replacement of 189 luminaires. Nine luminaires will be removed without replacement.

Switchboards: The proposal envisages the replacement of all 11 switchboards concerned. The switchboards will be fitted with a control system. Street lighting structures: The proposal envisages the replacement of 32 street lighting columns.
