Modernisation of the Příbram Town Council’s municipal information system

The project addresses the modernisation of the Příbram Municipal Authority’s information system. The project is designed so that, once implemented, the tasks carried out by the Municipal Authority will be supported by modern features, with the potential to improve the quality of public services whilst adhering to the 3E principles (economy, efficiency and effectiveness).

The implementation of the project will involve the procurement of new application software (and related system equipment), which will enable the authority to provide public services and carry out its internal processes to a new and higher standard. Areas that currently lack ICT support will be supported; administrative processes will be linked to core registers; controlled access will be ensured via a unified identity system; selected tasks will be automated; and all the aforementioned application support will operate on a stable and secure architecture. The implementation of the citizen portal will make it possible to replace face-to-face or postal contact between the parties (citizen – authority); the project’s implementation will therefore lead to an improvement in the quality of public services provided.
