| Brief description of the project | The aim of the project was to adapt the information and process system of the local authority so that it functions effectively and is eGON-ready (an online source of high-quality information for basic registers, e.g. for the future entry of decisions by the relevant public authority into the Register of Rights and Obligations). Scope of the project :- Part I – a technology centre for the municipality with extended powers was established, including the provision of mandatory services; - Part II: an electronic document management system was procured for the municipality with extended powers, along with a solution for the electronic document management systems of the municipalities within the administrative district of the municipality with extended powers; - Part III: internal integration of the office of the municipality with extended powers. |
